1.Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use Ondule. Ondule is intended for use by adults in a work or professional context.
2.Accounts
Provide accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.Organisations
Ondule is organised around Organisations. The person who creates an Organisation becomes its administrator. Administrators can invite members, assign roles, change access and remove members, and are responsible for managing who has access and for the people they invite.
Content created in an Organisation is controlled by that Organisation. If you join an Organisation, its administrators can see and manage the content you add there, and your access may end if they remove you.
4.The service
Ondule is a product operating system used to plan, manage and deliver product work, including strategy, planning, delivery, decisions, documents and outcomes. We work hard to keep Ondule reliable, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5.Your content
You may store content in Ondule, including product information, documents, canvases, issues and other work items, comments, attachments and planning records. You and your Organisation keep ownership of your content. We do not claim ownership of it.
You give us a limited permission to host, store, copy, process, display and back up your content only as needed to operate, secure and provide Ondule to you and your Organisation. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.
6.Acceptable use
Do not use Ondule to:
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- upload malicious software or harmful files;
- try to gain unauthorised access to Ondule, other accounts or other Organisations' data;
- probe, disrupt or overload the service, including through abusive automated use; or
- harass or interfere with other users.
7.Our intellectual property
We and our licensors own Ondule, including its software, design, branding, documentation and underlying platform. These Terms do not give you any rights in them other than the right to use Ondule in line with these Terms. Your content remains yours.
8.Feedback
If you choose to send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Ondule without obligation to you. This does not give us any rights in your content.
9.Pricing and payment
Under our current pricing, each Organisation's first 3 members are free, and each additional member from the fourth onwards costs $20 USD per month. Every plan includes every feature; there are no feature tiers. Current prices are shown on our pricing section.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and invoicing are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. We never receive or store your full card details.
Billing is monthly and belongs to the Organisation. The price is $20 USD per active member beyond the first 3 each month; pending invitations and deactivated members are not charged. Applicable taxes such as VAT or sales tax are calculated by Paddle at checkout based on your location.
When an administrator adds a paid member, Paddle charges a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing period straight away, and the member becomes active once that payment succeeds. When a member is removed or deactivated, they lose access immediately and the lower price applies from the next billing period; no prorated refund or credit is given for the current period.
If a recurring payment fails, the Organisation keeps full access for 7 days while the payment method is updated. If it remains unresolved, the Organisation returns to its 3 included members: an administrator stays active, other members become inactive, and no content, history or attribution is deleted.
10.Pricing changes
We may change our prices in future. We will give reasonable advance notice of any change that affects what you pay, and changes will not apply to a period you have already paid for. Existing commitments will be handled according to the terms and law applicable at the time.
11.Cancellation
You can stop using Ondule at any time. Organisation administrators can cancel the paid subscription in Billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; until then everyone keeps access, and the cancellation can be reversed. Afterwards the Organisation keeps its 3 included members, chosen by an administrator. See our Refund Policy.
12.Suspension and termination
There are different ways use of Ondule can end:
- Your cancellation: you may stop using Ondule or ask us to close your account at any time.
- Organisation access removal: an Organisation's administrators may remove your membership, ending your access to that Organisation's content.
- Our suspension or termination: we may suspend or close an account or Organisation if it seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms, creates a security or legal risk, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will give notice first.
- Ending the service: if we decide to stop offering Ondule, we will give reasonable advance notice.
13.Your data after termination
What happens to account and Organisation data after closure, and for how long it is kept, is described in our Privacy Policy, including the specific deletion and retention periods that apply after an account or Organisation is closed.
14.Third-party services
We use third-party infrastructure providers, such as hosting, database and storage providers, to run Ondule. Their involvement is described in our Privacy Policy. Ondule does not currently offer integrations with other products.
15.Changes to Ondule
Ondule will evolve. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you rely on, we will try to give reasonable notice.
16.Availability
We aim to keep Ondule available, but we do not offer a guaranteed level of uptime or a service level agreement. Maintenance, updates and events outside our control may cause interruptions.
17.Disclaimers
Ondule is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law, including consumer rights.
18.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, and our total liability arising from Ondule in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and $100 USD. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
19.Indemnity
If you use Ondule for business purposes, you agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer because of third-party claims arising from content you upload in breach of these Terms or from your unlawful use of Ondule.
20.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the laws of Scotland, which are separate legal systems. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales or the courts of Scotland, whichever is appropriate, without affecting any mandatory rights you have where you live.
21.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, give notice by email or in the product before they take effect. If you keep using Ondule after changes take effect, the updated Terms apply.
