1.Free members
There is no charge for an Organisation's first 3 active members, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.
2.14-day refund policy
If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund of a payment within 14 days of the date it was made. This applies to the first payment that starts paid billing and to later monthly payments.
3.How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us at billing@ondule.com and we will arrange it with Paddle.
4.Removing members
This is separate from the 14-day refund policy. When an administrator removes or deactivates a member, that person loses access immediately and your subscription decreases by $20 USD per month from the next billing period. We don't automatically issue a prorated refund or credit for the rest of the current period. You can still ask for a refund of a payment within the 14-day window above.
5.Adding members
Adding a paid member partway through a billing period charges a prorated amount for the rest of that period, calculated by Paddle. That payment is covered by the 14-day refund policy like any other.
6.Cancelling
Organisation administrators can cancel in Billing settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; everyone keeps access until then, and future charges stop. You can reverse a cancellation before that date. Afterwards your Organisation keeps its 3 included members at no cost.
7.Billing mistakes
If you are charged incorrectly or twice, contact us and we will investigate and correct genuine errors, including by refund.
8.Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, including any statutory right to cancel or to a refund. Those rights apply in addition to the 14-day refund policy.
